🇨🇲 Guinness super League : Brenda Tabe scores twice and assist two, as AWA hammers Eding

Brenda was involved in all AWA's four goals, as they ease pass Eding

AWA Football Filles has defeated Eding Filles 4#1, in a day nine game of the Cameroon Guinness super League. Teenage senation, Brenda Tabe had a brace of goals and assist, as AWA move to touching distance from the League leaders.

Tantoh Melvis put AWA in front at ninth minute of the game, turning home a Brenda Tabe pass, to beat Goalkeeper Ngo Esse Marina.

Marie Cissé Kinbinde drew the game level for Eding, from the penalty spot, as both sides went for the pause with a one all score line.


Shortly after the pause, Brenda Tabz fired a quick brace to put AWA three goals up.

A relentless AWA kept knocking, and deep into added time, Brenda Tabe picked out Kevin Ossol, who notched in the fourth for AWA, to end the contest.

The two goals takes Brenda’s tally this season to seven goals , after a difficult start of the campaign for her.

“At half time, our coach told us calm down and stay focus, play as a bloc”, Brenda told the press after the game.

“I had a back injury at the start of the season and it was very difficult for me. Thank God I recovered and getting back to my best of form. I have to improve my performance game after game. Two goals and two assists, I’m very happy because I’m trying to score goals for my team so that we can win our matches”, Brenda added.

To AWA FF coach, Hassan Balla Ibrahim, Eding gave them a good run for their money.

“Eding today is not the same as they were at the start of the season. They were well prepared to at least go back with a point, but they met a very good opponent too. We scored an early, but my players dropped the tempo and at pause I had to try and put things in order”, said Hassan Balla Ibrahim.

About his sides objectives this season, the tactician said;

“We are always in the chasing bloc, but we’re playing to finish in the top three spots. What God will give us, we will take”.
