The National Technical Coordinator of the Cameroon Volleyball U21 Men’s category has summoned 22 Volleyball lions for preparation for the upcoming world volleyball championship scheduled to start on the 23re of September to the 3rd of October 2021
The 2021 FIVB Volleyball Men’s U21 World Championship will be the 21st edition of the FIVB Volleyball Men’s U21 World Championship, contested by the men’s national teams under the age of 21 of the members of the FIVB, the sport’s global governing body. The tournament will be co-hosted for the first time by Italy and Bulgaria
A total of 16 teams will participate in the tournament. Italy and Bulgaria qualified automatically as hosts, another 10 teams (Iran, Thailand, Cuba, Canada, Russia, Belgium, Egypt, Cameroon, Brazil, and Argentina) qualified via five separate continental tournaments and 4 teams ( Morocco, Bahrain, Czech Republic, and Poland) qualified through the FIVB U21 World Ranking.
It’s should be noted that Cameroon qualified for the 2021 Men’s U21 World Championship after emerging as runners up at the 2020 African Championship that was hosted and won by Egypt
