🇨🇲Elite One: YOSA trains in Garoua ahead of cotonsport showdown

Yong Sports Academy of Bamenda has held a recognizance session in Garoua, less than 24 hours ahead of their elite One clash against Cotonsport.

Home side cotonsport will host visiting YOSA at the Annex of the Roumde Adjia stadium on Saturday afternoon, in an advance day two fixture. Coach Martin Nkabyo and his boys had a light session on the turf that will host tomorrow’s game.

Both cotonsport and YOSA did not play their day one matches, as cotonsport vs APEJES was pushed forward due to the cotonnites involvement in the CAF Confederation Cup, while YOSA’s day one opponents, Tonnerre Kalara club, failed to present their Covid-19 results.

Last season, YOSA suffered a 1#6 defeat in Garoua from cotonsport, but the yellow submarines are looking to spring a surprise this time around. Coach Martin Nkabyo will be banging on the experience of the likes of Joel Etogue, Tony Achu and the youthful exuberance of Yuh Moses, Brandon Ntui and Neville Ngong, but most especially on former cotonsport Midfielder, Gael Nounkeu, now in the books of YOSA.

Coach Martin Nkabyo made the trip to Garoua with 15 players, made up of one Goalkeeper, six defenders, five Midfielders, and three forwards.
