Éclair Football Filles of Sa’a has beaten Vision Sports FC of Bamenda 3#0, in a day seven game of the Cameroon women’s league.
Goalkeeper Michaely Kyria Bihina scored two goals for Éclair, as they dismantle home side Vision Sports, in Bamenda.
With most of his key players such as Elaine Bibout missing the trip to Bamenda, coach Francis Kolokou was forced to lineup U17 lionesses goalkeeper, Michaely Bihina in a striker role, with Christelle Beyala Akono starting at goal.
10 minutes into the game, Éclair exploited a loop hole in Vision Sports left back, and Michaely Bihina was at the right place to fire pass goalkeeper Liliane Choumba.
Four minutes later , a long defensive clearance from Éclair met Michaely around the center circle and successfully dribble pass two vision sports defenders, before firing to the top corner of the net, to put Éclair two goals up.
Éclair’s Nourat Megane was the first to be booked, following a challenge on Tim Shalom.
Vision Sports first attempt at goal came through Madaki Kezia, but goalkeeper Christelle Beyala dealt with it expertly. Visiting Éclair returned to the dressing room at half time, with a two goals lead.
Immediately after the pause, coach Festus Kuaban of vision sports brought in Milane Vanilor in the place of Madaki Kezia, as Vision Sports attempts to step up their game.
Another sub for Vision Sports saw Mavi Assongfack taking the place of Cynthia Mafouo.
Vision sports had late chances through Tim Shalom and Vanilor to get a consolation, but all chances were squandered, before Ndong Bella made it 3#0 for Éclair.
The victory takes Éclair up to 16 points, while Vision Sports have eight points on the log.
