🇳🇪 Niger unveils 28_Man provisional Squad for CHAN

Coach Harouna Doula has named his 28_man squad

The head coach of the Intermediate National team of Niger Harouna Doula Gabde, has named his 28_man provisional Squad for CHAN 2020 scheduled to kick-off in Cameroon as from January 16, 2021.

The Mena of Niger are expected in before new year’s day, as they will take part in a pre_CHAN tournament in yaounde.

Ahead of making their third appearance at the African Nations championship, Coach Harouna Doula has summoned 28 players. The squad is made up of three Goalkeepers, nine defenders, eight Midfielders and eight forwards.

Niger defeated Ivory coast in the last qualifying round 2#1 on aggregate, to qualify for their third CHAN.

Harouna Doula and his boys are expected to take part in a Pre_CHAN tournament in yaounde alongside host Cameroon, Uganda and Zambia. The team had previously played friendlies against Mali and Morocco, with the games ending in a one all draw against the former and a 0#2 defeat to the latter.

The Mena are lodged in pool B of the CHAN, alongside DR Congo, Congo and Libya.
