“My dream club is Chelsea” – Petrus Boumal

Cameroon International, Petrus Boumal says, his dream is to play for the English side, Chelsea FC

Published

The 27 year Cameroon international who plays for Russian Premier League side, FC Ural made the revelation recently in an interview with Football League World.
He however admitted that his dream move would be to Fulham’s neighbours Chelsea FC. “My dream club is Chelsea,” he said

“They contacted my agent. But we have to be patient because of everything that is going on in the world today. Teams can’t make decisions just like that and they need time. They need to check the players who will leave,” Boumal told Football League World.

He added that, “Makelele and Essien are two players I really loved. I loved watching their style of play; how they move; how they tackle and how they attack the ball. They maintained the balance between attackers and defenders. They played for Chelsea and since they played there, I really loved Chelsea. I watch their games and support them. It is the best team for me.”
Boumal also said, apart from English football side, Fulham, Everton and French side, Bordeaux there have been some interest from Torino FC in Italy this summer 2019. He is a regular in in the central midfield for FC Ural, making 11 appearances in all competitions this season.

Jean-Charles Castelletto

Cameroon International, Jean-Charles Castelletto has agreed to join FC Nantes. The Cameroon international penned a three-year contract that will keep him at Stade de la Beaujoire until 2023.

In a statement release after signing Castelletto, FC Nantes said, “FC Nantes is very happy to announce the signing of Jean-Charles Castelletto (25 years old), who will arrive free of any commitment on July 1 from the Stade Brestois 29.”

On his part, Jean-Charles Castelletto said,

“I am very happy to be able to sign at FC Nantes. This is a very large French football club in which I hope to be able to achieve great things in the coming days. I am impatient to start and to discover my new teammates.”

The 25 year-old player contract ends on July 1 at FC Brest. The player is said to have given an impressive account of himself in his debut Ligue 1 season with his fine defensive displays. He played 22 matches in the just-concluded French Ligue I season, helping Brest finish 14th in the league table with a goal to his credit.

Castelleto started his football career at Auxerre Academy in 2012 and he featured for the club in Ligue 2, before moving to Belgium to join Club Brugge in 2015.

After struggling for playing time in the first half of the 2015-16 Belgian First Division A season, he was loaned to Royal Excel Mouscron where he played 10 league matches.

His lack of playing time at Brugge, forced him to return to France to join second division club Red Star on a season-long loan. The Cameroonian defender joined Brest at the end of the temporary deal in 2017 and helped the team earned promotion to Ligue 1 in 2019.

Cameroon: Joseph Bouasse Perfection Ex-Roma Academy Starlet Dies At The Age 21 From Heart Attack

Published

Josehp Bouasse

Former Roma youngster Joseph Bouasse Perfection has passed away aged just 21, it has been confirmed. The Cameroonian young star who was part of the Serie A academy following a successful trial in 2016, suffered a heart attack and died on Sunday evening.

He never played for the first-team, he did train alongside the likes of Daniele De Rossi and Francesco Totti in Rome and He made his professional debut for Serie B side Vicenza while on loan from Roma in 2017.

Joseph Bouasse Story

Bouasse arrived in Italy at 16 alongside other child refugees from Cameroon, seeking a new life in Europe. He was approached by a man who promised him a career as a footballer, but when he arrived at Rome’s Termini Station he was abandoned and alone.

Bouasse, just a teenager a world away from his family, sought refuge at a local center. He was picked up by Liberi Nantes — Italy’s only team made up solely of refugees. There he began to enjoy himself and rediscovered his passion for life.

Bouasse was allegedly trafficked into Italy as a migrant back in 2015 before impressing then-boss Luciano Spalletti enough to earn a deal.

He left Roma in 2018 without making an appearance before joining Romanian side Universitatea Cluj earlier this year.
