The Bank Roller and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Division Two outfit Bis Paradise S.C, Mr. Mark Bismark Owusu Mensah has revealed his intensions to contest for the seat of the Western Regional Football Association chairmanship position.
The former Footballer, has pledged to re-position Western Region football to the pinnacle, having observed alot. Thus, re-position Colts football, Divisional Football, Inter-schools competitions and Womens Football when voted as the FA Chairman.
Speaking to MySoccer24.com , the Municipal Sports Director for Effia Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly (EKMA) and Chairman for Western Region Youth In Sports (Y.I.S), disclosed that he is all set to revamp football in the Sekondi-Takoradi and beyond if given the chance. With his course, appealing to all delegates to buy into his ideals as he aims at developing football to it peak.
“Its my hope and prayer that, the delegates buy into my ideal to be voted as the RFA chairman. Re-positioning football in the Region and developing it is my priority” Am poised for the seat and I promise to ensure Western Region Football is top there”.
“I will ensure that, all clubs in the Western Region will not pay a penny to have their games videod during match days. The amount of GH¢ 50.00 will be sorted out by me” And again, my administration will create a Regional website- To serve as a source of information for the media and a marketing tool for the players”, the General secretary for Ghana Youth In Sport Association (GYISA) outlined few areas to visit when voted as Chairman of the Western Region Football Association.
“I have already, engaged scouts from Romania and Spain, my office with them will provide the chance to scout players to Europe”.
Bismark Owusu also highlighted on how he will have Colts and Inter Schools and Colleagues games revived fruitfully by working hand in hand with his District Chairmen.
