32-year-old CAF License A holder Guy Kamguia Berlin has carved out a one year deal with Cameroon top-flight side Djiko FC.

The latter mutually parted ways with southwest amateur club LIFCA, after his one year term was not renewed.

The former Brasseries Academy football graduate, who has a mastery of the game inside-out, with emphasis as a trainer in Cameroon’s premier division, brings in huge experience.

He swoops divisions with Njoku Barnabas who himself pencilled a deal with southwest amateur side Victoria United at the start of October.

This could be a match made in heaven; (union between Guy Berlin and Djiko), given the gaffer’s former works with YAFOOT, Astres and Njalla Quan Sports Academy.

Guy Berlin Kamguia was on his way to leading LIFCA to the National Interpols last season, after a wonderful campaign – and a narrow victory against Options Sports in the mini – Interpols, before the advent of Covid-19.

Djiko FC of president Joseph Feutcheu was placed 5th last season with 41 points, 6 points behind winners PWD of Bamenda.
