Experienced Cameroonian forward, Gael Gregoire Nkama was on target twice for Equato Guinean side FUTURO Kings of Mongomo, as they grabbed an important 2#1 win in their CAf Confederations cup debut.
The former Tonnerre Kalara Club and UMS forward was opened scores at the 46th minute, and added the second at the 68th minute, as Futuro Kings overpowered Rivers United of Nigeria 2#1 in Mongomo, in the first leg of the CAF Confederations cup preliminary round game. Rivers United got an important away goal, through a late penalty from Godwin Aguda.
It was the first time Futuro Kings of president Juan Mañe Ondo was participating in a major continental football tournament, after finishing second in the Equato Guinean league.
