PWD Social club of Bamenda head coach, David Pagou has reacted to his new contract extension, that will see him be at the club till the end of next season.
Speaking to the communication department of the club, the gaffer said that the upcoming season will be challenging but count on the supporters of the club to enable him and his team achieve their goals.
The gaffer who took over coach from Augustine Tchoupo in 2019, went on to lead PWD to its first league title in the club’s history, finishing top of the league with 13 wins, 8 draws and seven defeats.
Transforming the club from a relegation candidate to a champion, he was given a one year contract extension last season.
Though he did not win the league this season, the club however finished fifth in Pool A this season and are on the verge of another silver wear, when they play Astre of Douala in the cup of Cameroon final which is yet to be announced.
With the cup of Cameroon final still to be announced, coach David Pagou and his boys are busy preparing and sharpening their clauses ahead of the final against Astre of Douala.
