Caiman Filles’ forward, Émilienne Endale Edjenguele has made it clear that her side is targeting the most coveted prize of the Cameroon women’s league this season.
Endale was on target twice and provided one assist, as Caiman Filles of Douala ran riots in the League’s opener at the Annex of the Douala Reunification stadium on Saturday.
After her five star display, Endale told the press that Caiman is going all in for the top spot in the championship this season.
“I am very happy for this first victory, it is what we have been waiting for”, Endale reacted post match.
“Caiman has an objective this season, which is to win the championship. We are happy for the good start”, she added.
Asked about her five star display in front of top football officials in the country, the forward says she simply applied the instructions from her coaches.
“It is thanks to the advice from the coach . That is what helped me to be in a good match condition and personally I decided to score many goals as possible in every game. So for the first game I gave my best and everything I learned from training”.
Thanks to her two goals, plus one assist, Caiman are currently top of the Guinness Super League, while awaiting the rest of day one games on Thursday November 19, 2020.
