Voted Woman of the Match, Pauline Priso levelled scores for Eclair against FAP in grand style with a 20m distant shot. Her first try at the 45th minute in the first half from the same distance that hit the woodwork was a warning sent to FAP. In the second half, Pauline Priso became more efficient at the midfield, with the entry of playmaker Toko Njoya giving her more pace and assistance.
Speaking to the media after receiving her symbolic cheque and cash prize of 50,000 FCFA, Pauline Priso Ndong expressed her satisfaction.
“Last night I pray to God that I will give my best because it was my first game as a starter and hopefully the coach will instil his confidence in me.”
She went on to describe her goal and expressed confidence for the future.
“For the goal, I received the ball and without any prior thought, I shot from my left leg, and it ended up into a goal. We have hope and i think in the next playing day, we shall clinch a win” she concluded.
