Guinness Women’s Super league: Goalscorers after partial day one; Endale Emilienne leaves the mark, ‘bolting’.

Match day one of the Guinness Women’s Super league saw a record of 9 goals scored by both teams, with two Caiman players registering a brace.

Emilienne Endale was the heroine of the day, and undoubtedly Woman of the match with her two goals and one assist.

Teammate Louis Christine Nyake equally bagged home a brace of her own, before 5 other players scored singles.

Season openers have never failed in terms of goals scored. Last season, Canon was involved in a seven goal thriller against Vision Sports.

The remainder of the match day one fixtures will be played on Thursday, November 19.

FAP beats Canon FC, keeps Clean Sheet

After beating Caiman 2-0 in Douala during the second day of play of the Cameroon Guinness Women Super League Championship, Amazon FAP FC has maintained their winning record during match day 3, thrashing city rivals, Canon FC by 3-0.

In Yaounde, FAP FC started the winning strive in the first round after Omboudou Brigitte puts her club on the lead scoring from the penalty spot at the 19 minutes.

Amazones FAP remain invincible

Canon FC would have scored twice in the first half but they squandered their scoring opportunities.
In the second half of the game, FAP imposed a steady pressure on Canon FC by control total possession of the ball.

Canon Ladies FC still to get a win

Their pressure materialized at the 78th and 85th minutes as they inscribed two goals to finish the game on 3-0.

It is the third straight victory for FAP in the ongoing Cameroon Guinness Women Super League Championship.

Guinness Supoer League Clubbs receive kits from Sponsor

Guinness Cameroon officially hands kits to women elite clubs of the Women Super League.

The ceremony took place at the  FECAFOOT headquarters with representatives of Guinness Cameroon, the president and Secretary General of the LFFC and fecafoot’s secretary general.
Symbolically, a few players from Canon ladies FC were present to spice the occasion.
Benjamin Didier Banlock, the Secretary general of fecafoot expressed gratitude to the sponsor especially during this COVID19 era where business is slow and opened a window in the future as the FA is actively in search of sponsors for the amateur championships.

For Celine Eko, vice president of fecafoot and vice president of the women football league thanked Guinness Cameroon for the materialization of its promise and thinks the championship has taken a leap forward.

After just 2 playing days we know that the championship will be tough. The coming of Guinness Cameroon has brought in a new flare to the women championship.

Mr Nana of Guinness Cameroon symbolically and ceremonially handed over the jerseys to  the Secretary general of fecafoot who in turn handed the jerseys to the president of the women football league

Guinness Cameroon is the first ever sponsor of women football championship in Cameroon and the distribution of these kits and payment of stipends to all players of the 12 clubs has come to boost the level of Cameroon’s top flight championship.

Guinness Women’s Super League: Results Of Complete Day One Are In

The remainder of match day one results of the Cameroon Guinness Women’s League are in, with a whopping 27 goals scored thus far.

Vision Sports stunned Eding Filles 3 -0 in her away tie, while the performance of the match day, came from FAP Amazone – as they dismantled ASFF DIAMARE 10 – 1.

Last season’s runners-up AWA FC leapfrogged FC Ebolowa 0-1 in Bertoua, as well as ECLAIR DE SA’A defeated Renaissance Women 0-1 in Gider.
