Harry Winks talks hit an impasse
According to a report from The i, talks between Tottenham and Everton over a transfer of Harry Winks has hit a snag. While the Toffees would rather sign the midfielder on an initial loan, Daniel Levy is only interested in a permanent sale for the time being.
The report states: “Talks for Winks are thought to have reached an impasse, with Everton preferring an initial season-long loan while the north London club are pushing for a permanent transfer.”
