Team news: Miedema starts
Vivianne Miedema returns for the Netherlands, one of three changes from their win over Switzerland. Kerstin Casparij and Victoria Pelova also come in, with Aniek Nouwen, Jill Roord and the injured Lieke Martens missing out.
