West Ham continue legal action threat over food and drink prices at London Stadium

West Ham United have continued to threaten legal action against the owners of London Stadium and Delaware North over the sky-high food and drink prices supporters are being charged.

The cheapest beer on offer for the first home game of the season, against Premier League champions Manchester City, was £7.30 – more than 30% more than the equivalent beverage at Tottenham Hotspur, priced at £5.19.

A row has ensued as West Ham attempt to bring prices down to an acceptable level, but drinks have been reduced by just 20p for Thursday night’s Europa Conference League play-off clash with Viborg FF.
