Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho has been pictured leaving Old Trafford wearing a protective boot and on crutches after sustaining an ankle injury.
The 18-year-old, who is scheduled to join up with the Argentina senior squad later this month, picked up the problem during United’s 0-0 draw at home to Southampton on Sunday.
Casemiro received a first-half red card for a dangerous challenge on Carlos Alcaraz, and with the scores still level midway through the second period, Erik ten Hag turned to his bench and threw on live-wire South American wingers Garnacho and Facundo Pellistri.
