Just when Tottenham fans think they’ve seen everything, Spurs find a new way to reinvent the wheel.

The chaotic north London outfit were all over the place in their 3-2 defeat to Bournemouth on Saturday, embarrassingly failing to take advantage of Newcastle’s slip-up at Aston Villa earlier in the day.

Son Heung-min’s strike was cancelled out by Matias Vina before half time. Dominic Solanke’s effort had Bournemouth ahead for most of the second half until Arnaut Danjuma’s equaliser, but Dango Ouattara’s cool finish sent the Cherries back to the south coast with all three points.
