Tottenham’s pre-season friendly with Leicester at Rajamangala National Stadiuma in Thailand on Sunday has been cancelled due to poor weather conditions.
Spurs were due to play their second friendly of the summer after losing 3-2 to West Ham, while Leicester had previously beaten Northampton Town and OH Leuven.
Heavy rainfall led to a waterlogged pitch at Thailand’s national stadium. Starting XIs had been announced and warm-ups took place before the kick-off time was pushed back. The complete cancellation of the fixture was then announced.
