US men’s national team head coach Gregg Berhalter has confirmed Ethan Horvath will start in goal for the American side after Matt Turner left the camp to return to England and Nottingham Forest.
Turner, coming off a clean sheet in the US‘ 3-0 triumph over Uzbekistan, has returned to England as he and his partner are expecting their second child together. Should everything go to plan, Turner should be in line to feature for Forest in their Premier League clash with Burnley on September 18.
