Kayserispor set to offer Asamoah Gyan new deal as he nears contract expiration

Turkish side Kayserispor are set to hand skipper of the Black Stars Asamoah Gyan a new deal as his contract nears expiring in the summer.

The 33-year old joined Kayserispor from Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG in the summer of 2017 on a two year deal.

However, information gathered by, reveals that talks between both parties are ongoing as over the extension of his contract.

We understand that, the club have all their plans settled on Gyans performance at the Nations Cup in Egypt.

Gyan, has battled injury situations for weeks now.But was fortunate to come off the beat over the weekend to score double in their 2-1 win over Kasimpasa.

The win keeps Kayerispor in the league for another season.
