Southwest Regional league outfit LIFCA – have acquired the services of 26-year-old Stade Renard cult hero Christian Tchawa for one season, mysoccer24.com can confirm.
The journeyman is an elite scorer known all over Cameroon’s premier division, most especially with Stade Renard where he spent a total of three seasons, helping the team to gain top-flight status in the 2016/2017 season, before putting in double digits in the following season (10) goals.
Christian Tchawa has formerly worked with LIFCA coach Augustine Tchoupo, and the gaffer knows all possible options the former Unisport Bafang man can give his team.
Tchawa joins other exquisite names in the ranks of LIFCA, like: Kognuy Jude, Mukete Akouti, Joseph Yankee amongst others.
LIFCA didn’t get off the mark strongly at the start of the campaign as they lost to NQSA on the opening day, but all hope is not lost yet.
LIFCA are lodged in group C with: Future Stars SA (FUSSA); Iles of Hope SA (ISHOHSA) and Njalla Quan SA (NQSA).
