The coach of Best Stars Academy of Limbe have reacted to the draw of the 2021 national interpools, as his side was drawn in a tricky pool C alongside Rangers FC of Bafut and Rizierre FC.
The gaffer he is happy playing in Bafoussam.
“Concerning the draw, we are okay because Bafoussam is a town in Cameroon and I think we are happy, they have good infrastructure and we are sure to do our best in the competitions.
“Yeah the team is playing in Bafoussam against representatives of the West and North West, we are show to played two games and we are comfortable in our Pool”,
In 2018, Victoria United represented the region in the national interpools in Bafoussam, but failed to bring the elite two ticket. So when coach Djoufack was asked about the disappointing outing, he said they are going to learn from OPOPO.
“Yes the other time Victoria United play in Bafoussam, they did well but the end did not bring elite two and so I believe that we are going to learn from the mistake of Victoria United.
“I think we can change the story” he concluded.
Best Stars Academy have been drawn in Pool C of the national interpools alongside Rangers FC and Rizierre FC.
The draw saw the old format coming back into use, with three pools of two pool with three teams and one with four teams.
