Nchout Ajara Wins Norwegian Cup For Valerenga

Flying Cameroon forward and CAF Women’s Player Of the year runner-up, Nchout Ajara, won the Norwegian cup for her team – against LSK Kvinner, deep into stoppage time on Sunday.

The 27-year-old was acquired to score, and she has definitely done the job upfront for Valerenga this season.

Her goal in the Norwegian cup put Valerenga on the front foot against LSK Kvinner deep into extra time, before Markussen added a second, on 105 minutes later to seal the win (2-0) home and dry for Valerenga.

This comes on the back of her side’s league win, of which she grabbed the golden boot with 10 goals.

Nchout Ajara Njoya’s tally this season moved up to 14 goals, thus confirming her will and desire to improve, when everyone thought she’s done it all. Valerenga now holds the status of a domestic double, which turns out to be a massive improvement for the club.
