The management of PWD Social football Club of Bamenda have officially presented to the public their brand new team bus.
The official unveiling of the bus took place on Sunday morning in Bamenda, in the presence of PWD’s president Pascal Abunde, and his vices, Maitre Njoya Joseph and Charly Boyo.
The 35 seater coaster will will serve as the major means of transportation for the Cameroon league one champions, in their local games for the 2020_2021 season.
Speaking during the presentation ceremony, Pascal Abunde described it as a massive achievement for the club, and dedicated it to one of the club’s fallen Supporter, Mr Yuh Roland.
“I’m very happy that as days go by, we move from one achievement to the other. It is a milestone for the club. I think this bus will come to facilitate the movement of the team and boast the image of the club“.
Recently the Abakwa Boys have embarked on a total upgrade within the club. The club has signed a deal with Turkish company Fusion to provide kits for the club.
Mysoccer24.com also understands that the management of PWD will in the hours ahead sign partnership deals with Epic event center Bamenda and the Mitanyen credit Union.
PWD will host Stade Renard of Melong in Bamenda on Tuesday November 10, 2020 in the League’s opener. The team has been very busy in preseason, playing 12 friendlies, recording six wins, three draws and three defeats. The Abakwa Boys are expected to be in Tripoli, Libya next week, where they will play back to back to back games against Libyian giants Al Ahly Tripoli.
