S W Mini Inter Pool:Dark Clouds For Sky Boys As They Bow To Samba.

Tiko United beat Nkamanyi FI 2-0 to go top of Pool B.

The Samba boys of Tiko have walk away with all three points as they beat Nkamanyi FI 2-0 at the Limbe middle farms Stadium. 

The Academicians had control of the game, created some half chances especially that of Che Valerie within the first 8 minutes.

The Samba boys through Dieudonne Nangwi, became a nightmare for the defense of Nkamanyi FI, as he almost put the boys of coach Maurice in front at the 11th minute, that resulted to a corner which was squandered.

Tiko United continue to knock at the doors of Nkamanyi FI, as chances from  Clifford Muambo, Prince Ikok were all squandered.

However,  the samba boys still looked superior as the doors were finally opened, as  Prince Ikok benefited from poor communication between the defenders of Nkamanyi FI to hammer in the games opener at the 29 th minute.

At one goal down, the Sky boys had some chances to level score before half-time,  but their chances were not decisive.

Tiko United doubled their lead as star man Dieudonne Nangwi scored the second goal for the Tiko base side at the 41st minute.

The second half came with it’s own story to tell, as Tiko United shines in the first quarter of the half, but Nkamanyi had a first real chance as Daga Dieudonne saw his shot blocked for a corner to Nkamanyi FI.

Dieudonne Nangwi again with his tricky runs caused a penalty for Tiko United,  as he was brought in the penalty area by a Nkamanyi defender, but penalty was missed by Eken Livinus at the 72nd minute.

At this point,  the dark cloud was real for the Sky boys as Samba Outshines Them.

In the second game,  Cinyodev FA and LIFCA had a virgin draw.

Next stop for Tiko United is LIFCA, While Nkamanyi FI take on Cinyodev FA.
