Sofapaka draw against Bandari at Toyoyo.

Kenyan Premier League side Sofapaka Fc managed to pull a draw against their guest Bandari FC in a match played at the Camp Toyoyo in Nairobi.

Batoto Ba Mungu as they are popularly known were set to loose the match after Bandari striker Antony Wambani was brought down in the 88 minute by Kennedy Odwuor in the 18 yard box and penalty given to Bandari Fc which Welberforce Lugogo converted with ease.

The win didn’t last for long as former AFC Leopards talisman  Charles Okwemba gave an immediate reply after the home team conceded a free kick from the middle of the pitch.

The draw now leaves Sofapaka 3rd on the log with 15 points while the once expected league contenders Bandari FC 9th on table with 11 points.

In the other match of the day Nakumatt FC were held to a barren draw by Kakamega Homeboyz.
