The coach of Eteki Esoh Memorial Sport Academy, Ayuk Basil says the goal of the club is to qualify for the National Interpool.
EEMSA defeated Tiko United 1-0 in the opening game of the brand new season of the South West Regional championship at the Tiko Town Green Stadium in Tiko.
The only goal of the match was scored by Bache Manfred at the 19th minute of the game. The goal turned to be the match winner for the boys of coach Basil Ayuk.
Coach Ayuk Basil was happy with the victory but says there is still a lot of work to be done.
“It was a very good game. I want to say I’m happy for the victory but as your can see since we started training very late, we have a lot of work since we have ambition to qualify for mini Interpool”, Coach Basil told the media
“The goal of EEMSA is to qualify for the National Interpool”, he added
It should be noted that this is the third meeting between these two sides in ten months and both sides have recorded one win each and a draw.
The rest of day one matches will come up on the 20th of December, 2020.
