Vincent Aboubakar Strikes As Besiktas Clinch A Vital Away Point.

Vincent Aboubakar scored his 9 goal of the season as Besiktas drew away to Hataysport.

Barely seven days after his mother’s funeral, Vincent Aboubakar continues from where he stopped last year, as he scored the opening goal for Besiktas against Hataysport in a match day 17 clash of the Turkish Super lig.

The Cameroon forward took just six minutes to register his name on the score sheet as Besiktas took the lead.

Just one minute later, the home side got their equalizer through Aaron Boupendza.

Many chances were created by both sides but were squandered.  Besiktas however increased their increased their goal tally at the 41st minute through Larin to give the away side a 2-1  lead at half-time.

Upon resumption of the Second half,  the home side were inspired by current top scorer of the Turkish super lig, Aaron Boupendza who completed his brace as it all ended 2-2 at full time.

The draw for Besiktas means they stay top of the league with 35 points in 17 matches.

The goal for Vincent Aboubakar means he is now joint third top scorer of the Turkish super lig with 9 goals, three shy off top scorer Aaron Boupendza with 12 goals.
