According to YOSA’s coach Nkabyo Martin, the release of the League’s calendar lead to the cancellation of the game.

“we programmed that game at the end of last week and we thought it was important that we continue fine tuning our preparations but then within the week, the calendar for the championship was made Public and you can see that the two teams will have an early game in the championship. So we thought we should cancel the game since we might be facing each other on the second day of play. We talked with the technical staff of PWD and we decided to cancel it”.

“The management (YOSA) has decided to organize an internal competition on Sunday. We are looking to see if this imbroglio in our football continues, we will see if we can reorganize the game with PWD”, the tactician added.
