Balotelli joined Adana Demirspor in September 2023, after a difficult spell at FC Sion in Switzerland. He scored three goals in five appearances for Adana Demirspor before suffering a knee injury, but he is now fit and ready to move on.

According to reports in Turkey, Balotelli is keen to return to Serie A, where he has played for Inter Milan, AC Milan, Manchester City, Liverpool, and Nice.

Several Serie A clubs are reportedly interested in signing Balotelli, including Udinese, Salernitana, and Empoli.

Udinese are looking for a striker to provide cover for Lorenzo Lucca, while Salernitana are in need of a replacement for Boulaye Dia, who is out injured for the rest of the season. Empoli are fighting relegation and could see Balotelli as a potential savior.

Balotelli’s return to Serie A would be a major coup for any club. He is still a talented striker with a proven track record in the Italian top flight. However, he will need to prove that he can stay fit and disciplined if he wants to make a successful comeback.
